Mly first endeavor of having met Physician assistant Courtney Mickelson and what a pleasurable and informative experience.... She covered all concerns and I feel was above and beyond all of my expectations
The front desk staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Sue the medical asst was excellent in making me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing from BP check to EKG hookup. Dr: Mickelson had a plan regarding my issues and was very thorough. She even called the next day after reviewing my chart and wanted me to see a specialist, as well.

First the ladies at the desk are always so quick to greet and very nice! Courtney has seen me several times in the past when things were bad and has always been top notch professional and kind. I really appreciate her in particular even though Dr Osten was my doctor first.
When I checked into the clinic the reception to check me and she was very nice and also the nurse Courtney’s nurse was very friendly. The only issue is that when I went over to the Alexian brothers hospital on Barrington Road in checked into the receptionist table, that lady could’ve been a little bit more friendlier, but I know sometimes people have things on your mind so I just gave us some Grace but overall my visit was good. God bless.

I had 2 interactions this week, in person and by phone, diff issues. Both experiences were noteworthy for interactions and quality of care. I literally noted how well I had been cared for. I’ve been with this practice since I was in high school and I’m mid 50s now. Behnke, Mickelson, Cathy, reception - a lot of good people working towards the same cause.
