When my father died of chronic disease, I saw first-hand the disparities that exist in our health care system and the importance of primary care in preventing disease. Our health greatly impacts our quality of life. I am passionate about helping my patients feel WELL.
My goal is to use a holistic, whole-person approach to improve the quality of life for all my patients. With over a decade of experience in specialties including family practice, primary care, NICU, and emergency room, I strive to provide compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental care. I want to make sure that my patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and know we will work as a team to find the best solutions possible. I am passionate about addressing mental health—treating ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, my family and I now live in the Pacific Northwest outside of Seattle, where we enjoy hiking, camping, and fly fishing. Additionally, in my free time, you will find me spending time with friends and family, painting, visiting art museums, going to concerts, traveling, or reading.
