Mr. Bailey was very professional. The only thing i would comment on would be the staff being late; another patient and myself were standing outside around 9:25am and didn't get in the building until 9:45am . Another factor would have be the cleanliness of the building. Other than that, Mr. Bailey was very informative .

My appointment with Dr. Bailey was very pleasant he's very knowledgeable being a primary care physician. He educates you on the things that you need to do to keep yourself healthy and he give you recommendations and he's very honest and helpful.

Once the doctor finally saw me I felt better about my decision in making the appointment with him. He was nice and very upbeat. I felt like he cared about my concerns. The thing that turned me off was that I made an appointment for 11 and I wasn't seen until 12 something. I filled out the paperwork before arriving so I feel the wait should not have taken that long. Also the person who gave me my shot didn't do a good job I still have a huge bruise from last week. The nurse should know what needle to use for each patient they also failed to tell me the things I needed to do before the appointment such as drinking water so that my blood could flow easier. Also, the office did not take debit or credit. The window says they take it but the machines were not up yet. So after waiting for over an hr I then had to walk down the street to a liquor store to use an ATM machine which charged a fee for using the machine. I feel this should have been disclosed to me before making the appointment.

It’s hard to find doctors who care about you, and make you feel comfortable with the knowledge that they hold. I was in search for the right doctor; I switched a few times because I just couldn’t find one. But this was one of the best medical visit experiences ever. Dr. Bailey is a great listener, and makes you feel very comfortable. Really makes you feel like you're important and he has time for you and gives really thoughtful advice. The staff in his office were friendly, and very professional. I have always been afraid of needles, but I've never seen anyone draw blood that effortlessly and painlessly! Definitely the doctor who I will see again and recommend highly!
