He was great, explained things so it was easy to understand.
The office staff could be more professional, I could hear them laughing and talking while i was in the room waiting on the doctor.
The nurse who took me to the room wasn't very friendly, didn't apologize for the 40 minutes wait, just opened the door and said "have a seat he'll be right in."
