As the cofounder of Houston Gastroenterology Associates, Dr. Craig Gordon is passionate about providing his patients with safe, accurate, high-quality care. Board certified in internal and gastroenterological medicine, Dr. Gordon is trained to take an integrated approach to his patients’ medical needs, and he has extensive training with which to diagnose and treat a wide variety of issues.
Dr. Gordon graduated from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He continued his time at Baylor as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine. With a true passion for medicine, Dr. Gordon continues to remain active in several different professional societies, including the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Gastroenterology Association, and the Texas Medical Association, among others. He has received fellow status in both the American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians.
Patients remember Dr. Gordon for his exemplary care, and he has been listed in the Consumers’ Research Council of America’s “Guide to America’s Top Physicians.”
When Dr. Gordon is not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also loves to play golf and travel.
