Dr. Hecht and his staff are fantastic. My septum deviated after chemotherapy and he provided the necessary surgery-- he is kind and professional and the people running the office are efficient and extremely helpful whenever I call to renew a prescription or ask for an appointment.

I was told to arrive at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment. When I arrived and went to the window, I was told to sit down and a sign was then placed on the glass that said, “Will return at 1. “ When I was placed in the exam room, I had to wait about 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. After examining me for a blocked ear, he gave me Flonase and advised me to come back for a hearing test. I am not sure I agree with the need for this.

The only downside was I was able to make my appointment on line with ease, it was close to an hour before I got to see the Dr. Didn't appreciate the wait, almost walked out.

This Doctor is smart, Gets results quick and doesn't mess around I came to him after suffering a concussion and still had so much pain in head and face area my dizziness scared me.
