I had an appointment scheduled at 9:15am. I was not seen until nearly 11:15am, and when I communicated that my wait time had been ridiculous I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15am rather than 9:15am, which was not in fact true. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful, but that wasn't true of everyone. All that being said, the doctor provided me with overall useful information. I was seeking a second opinion, and ultimately got what I needed out of the appointment. However I would not under any circumstances return to this doctor.
Efficient, caring, a wonderful physician.

Very straighforward and professional. I was seen right away. Xrays were taken, the doctor reviewed those as well as some checks on my foot. Dr Radnay then provided his feedback as to whats required . Friendly staff, would definitely come back.

Professional and quality of care at all levels

Physical premises, to support staff--from the receptionist, X-Ray, technician and PA to Dr. Radnay all very professional, courteous and went above and beyond what is required. Dr. Radnay's PA was very impressive and well organized. No feeling that you are just another number!
Verified patient
Very professional and responsive.
Verified patient
Nice professional staff. As a 1st time patient, my wait from arrival to being seen by the doctor was maybe 30 minutes and this included doing 1st time patient paperwork. They did onsite x-rays. I accomplished everything I needed out of my visit ... in one visit!
Verified patient
Dr. Radnay is great - very knowledgeable about sports injuries, and has a very calming bedside manner. Would definitely recommend him for athletes.
Verified patient
Great office staff, courteous and friendly. Dr. Radnay was also very warm and comforting. I would go back and will recommend him.

This is my first and only poor review of a medical professional. The first time I signed up for an appointment they cancelled it the day before. No problem, things happen...so I made another appointment and waited another week. When I arrived at the office and signed in I noticed that 40+ others patients had signed in to see Dr. Radnay that day, so I knew what I was getting myself into. I'm a 31 year old male with a knee issue that has persisted for 6 years. I previously had an MRI so I know there's ligament damage. My plan was to have Dr. Radnay perform a scope or some type of basic surgery to finally fix it. I lift weights and run/cut with significant strain on the muscles/ligaments 5 times per week. After waiting in the office for 40 minutes Dr. Radnay said "your X-Rays look good" and he moved around my leg a little bit for 2 minutes. He then suggested Physical Therapy for 6 weeks. He said it would be in network. It was not. A sales professional from the PT place (Professional Ortho & Sports) called me the day of my appointment and began trying to sell me a "payment plan" for the significant cost I would have to pay out of pocket. When I tried to cancel the appointment they said "we can work something out that works for both of us." I'm not a medical professional ...but X-Rays dont show ligament damage and I told him that I know there's damage ...and for the last 6 years I have been strengthening the muscles surrounding the damage ...why would you suggest 6 weeks of PT at a non-covered facility that tries to upsell me packages, rather than just take an MRI? Dr. Radnay seemed like a nice guy and I'm sure he's a brilliant surgeon, but this place wreaks of a mill.
Professional and helpful.

Very cursory examination with very little specifics given for follow up care. Essentially gave me the Louis CK you've got a bad ankle bit -- I'm old (40!), deal with it. Had to ask specifically if PT would help; basically shrugged his shoulders and was like "you could try it". Felt like a factory.

He was nice enougj. The exam was short and not super thorough but he seemed confident in his assessment of my situation. Was taken into exam room and see by a PA quickly but tuen about another half hour waIting in exam room for dr. He has a lot of people working for him. He did have plan about was to do and follow up. We shall see if it works!
I have been a patient of Dr. Radnay for several years and have found him to be a total professional. Unfortunately, many doctors have implemented the practice of scheduling patients every 15 minutes, thereby maximizing their time. This presents a problem in that a patient is left waiting an inexcusable amount of time before seeing the doctor, as he/she has a patient waiting in every room. After waiting 1.5 hours, I decided to leave. I had an appointment at 3pm, in Chelsea that I could not be late for. My appointment with Dr. Radnay was at 1:15pm. I left at 2:30pm. MY time is also worth money. I hope that this situation will not occur again. Patience is not my strong point.
