I am a trauma-informed, anti-diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Yoga Teacher. I specialize in eating disorder treatment, intuitive eating counseling, breaking free from chronic dieting, and yoga for all bodies. I help clients who are tired of dieting and want to learn how to properly nourish themselves. I also see clients with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, ARFID, and disordered eating.
I practice with a compassionate, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, non-diet approach. I am aligned with Health At Every Size®, which means we will focus on YOU and your health, and not the number on the scale.
I blend Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, yoga, CBT, DBT, and ACT. More importantly, I value your innate wisdom and lived experience, and place you at the center of our work together. After all, you are the expert on you.
