Originally from Romania, Dr. Dinescu has spent the past 20 years working as an internal medicine physician in the United States. He received his medical degree from Carol Davila- Institute of Medicine and Pharmacy/University of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania, and performed his residency training at Huron Hospital / Cleveland Clinic. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and provides general internal medicine and comprehensive primary care for his adult patients. He helps patients manage and treat COPD, asthma and various lung diseases, hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney diseases, rheumatological and other endocrine-related conditions, heart failure and cardiovascular disease. Dr. Dinescu believes in helping his patients take an active role in their healthcare. Following consistent evidence-based medicine principles, he strives to offer quality care while including his patients in their decisions and treatment options.
