I would highly recommend Cristiana Dean .I have been seeing her for a while now and she has helped me in so many ways with healing and gives me hope .she is a great listener, she gives genuine, honest advice and I feel she can help with many challenges that one needs to heal from and overcome.

The need to belong is a deeply human experience-one that unites us in our search for connection, yet often leaves some feeling lost or unseen. Have you ever longed to fit in or even imagined being someone else? These quiet struggles can shape our lives in profound ways, underscoring the critical importance of mental health in fostering resilience and self-discovery.
My own path-from individual to immigrant, wife, mother, and now therapist-has taught me how complex and courageous it is to stay true to oneself. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling from Argosy University, Salt Lake City, which has equipped me to support others with empathy and skill. Along the way, I've come to embrace my role in helping others heal, guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. With experience across diverse therapeutic settings, I continue to grow both personally and professionally, walking alongside others on their journeys to wellness.
