Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. MA who took me in back was the same. Dr. Ortega was very kind, knowledgeable, and I did not feel rushed or ignored. I think she has a sound plan for my treatment and I would feel comfortable referring someone to her.

She's always so compassionate and kind. It seems like she knows me and knows my issues even though I know she has many, many patients. Also, the nurse Joanne was so understanding and made me feel so much better about my issues. Joanne made my otherwise awful day really a bright spot. I won't soon forget her. And of course I think the world of Dr. Ortega.
