I had an amazing first time experience with this practice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with paperwork and making sure that not only I but the practice had everything that was needed for a healthy visit for my baby girl. I’m really proud of the decision that I made for my children by choosing this practice.

Crystal Malvoisin, MD grew up in Orangeburg, SC, and she is a proud alumna of Alabama State University. After graduating summa cum laude, Dr. Malvoisin completed medical school at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD in 2010. She then went on to complete pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2013 and has been practicing primary care pediatrics ever since!
She is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Malvoisin has an interest in promoting healthy lifestyles and enjoys caring for children from birth through adolescence. In her leisure time, she enjoys music, Zumba, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Malovisin is amazing and approachable. She is my daughter's new pediatrician. I needed documents signed as well as referrals and she was very thorough. I needed her again to fill out paperwork just weeks later and she helped me out in a timely manner; and she was very detail oriented. I realized that it took a little while to see her for my child's appointment because of how caring and thorough she is. Her priorities are the child's health and overall well being. She is a keeper and we don't plan on going anywhere. I

I was upset during my visit that my daughter did not see the Dr. I requested her see. I found out that her Dr was no longer with the practice AFTER I made it to the appointment. This information should have been disclosed to me while I was making the appointment over the phone. So…. When we made it to the appointment I was given a piece of paper to call my insurance and change my daughters Dr to the Dr on staff that day. I asked the receptionist why did they wait until I got here to do this? To make a long story short I was there for a school physical and shots so I had no time to do anything other than the ask. 2nd, I should have been allowed an opportunity to to research and find a new Dr on my own. These things are important. Now my daughter has a NEW Pediatrician simply because if she was to be seen that day I had to do what they asked and was also asked to show proof that I made the change. That upset me. Now on to better the Dr turned out to be very attentive to our needs.

My 11-year-old is new patient. I advise my daughter to take her kids. My son who is 19 today use to go there. My appointment did not show but the staff love kids so much they were able to squeeze him in quickly. The office only needs better phone services because it is hard to contact them.

Dr. Malvoisin was great- very knowledgeable and a great listener. The office seemed a little dingy/dirty and they changed our appt time the day before and claimed we'd cancelled. We're there for dr. Malvoisin but the facility could be way cleaner. Also, trying to get through the appt line is a pain, I was on hold for 40 minutes.

Our experience was lovely! From the greeting at the front desk, to the nurse, to seeing the doctor. Seamless, efficient, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend. We found my daughters new doctor, very thankful for the provided service. Overall a good experience.

We found this pediatrician's office on ZocDoc after my child's previous office abruptly closed! I love the doctor and the staff!! The call center can be a little difficult to get thru to, but once I booked thru ZD it was a breeze! I would recommend this office to care for your babies.

My first time experience with amazing. She listened to me and my concerns. The BEST part I loved was that she actually asked my son (age 6) how he felt. No doctor I’ve ever been to has done that before. I would highly recommend asking for Dr. Malvoisin.

I was having problems finding a pediatrician for my newborn because i delivered her at home.
I booked this appointment on ZocDoc but i made sure to call the following day to confirm and I'm glad i did. Because i found out that the appointment shoed confirmed through ZocDoc, but was actually confirmed with the office. I spoke with Ms Gail, she was such a pleasant and helpful woman.
Fast forward to our actual appointment, the office was very quiet, clean, and we were seen as soon as we checked in. Ms Gail walked us through the paperwork and showed us around the office. The nurses were nice. Dr Malvoisin was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. My wife and I are very happy with the decision to take our newborn to this office.

Mrs. Gail started our visit off with such a warm welcome! And then the nurse was so nice and thorough. Then to top the visit off Dr. Malvoisin came in and my baby and I just loved her. As a nurse, I’ve seen doctors and how they interact with their patients. Most doctors don’t care that they come off like they have to leave as soon as they walk through the door. They just want to talk, pretend like they care about your questions, and then leave. Dr. Malvoisin was very knowledgeable, amiable, and patient. . My son told me even after his vaccines that he likes his doctor. Lol. I would definitely recommend her.
