I thought my visit was exceptional.
My only criticism is the office location isn’t clearly communicated ahead ahead of the appointment (located on the third floor of a shopping center). Also, the phone number shared through Zocdoc is incorrect.

I had a fantastic experience at UChicago's DCAM. Everyone from the front desk staff to the CNM I saw was very friendly, and I felt like a cared-for person, as opposed to just a person to be checked off a list, which is great & refreshing. The facility is a little confusing to navigate, as it's on a hospital campus, but the directions to the Module, etc that were provided through ZocDoc were helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
