She greeted me with a statement of how they treat the elite of Memphis. And it wasn’t normal to take on new patients. She also ranted that if I wasn’t serious about my care they wouldn’t treat me. She hadn’t asked me not one question. Then they set up a nutritional appointment for me that was not within the timeframes I gave them. I travel for work and can’t just go whenever. So I did a nutritional consult through my insurance via webcast. I received a letter from the office stating if I didn’t go to the one they scheduled they would not treat me anymore. Lesson- DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE AN “ elite of Memphis”. Whatever that means!!!!
