Great experience with Dr. Rozier. I did not have to wait long to be seen and the office is very helpful with any requests!
Knowledgeable and willing to have difficult conversations if it's for the good of the patient - good qualities in a doctor
I will be comfortable with this doctor, and I believe my health is her first concern and my comfortability is her second.
Seemed genuine and carrying. Something you miss with the herd of people coming and going from these city hospitals.

Everyone at the office was very personable. Bedside manner was excellent and my check up was very thorough.
Doctor kept trying to push a mecury toxic flu shot on me. The receptionist Diana was rude to me.

First time seeing a Doctor in years. Wanted to talk about my general health and also my newly diagnosed anxiety. Her incredible nurse talked to me for over 10 minutes and then Dr. Rozier literally spent 45 minutes listening to me and making suggestions. Thrilled to have found Dr. Rozier.

Great doc, great staff. I usually try to get one of the first appointments of the day, so I can't comment on wait times later in the day, but everyone is friendly and helpful and thorough.
Verified patient
The doctor and staff were all very nice, friendly and professional! The office was beautiful and located not too far from me, with easy parking.
Verified patient
Dr. Rozier was no nonsense but very sweet. Great bedside manner and a nice sense of humor besides :) She spent a ton of time with me during my new patient visit and didn't make me feel rushed at all.
Verified patient
Dr. Rozier was thorough with her questions and knowledgeable with her answers. The staff in her office were courteous and professional and I feel as though I've finally found a great primary care doctor!
Dr. Rozier was attentive and thorough. Most of the staff was pleasant. The receptionist and nurse were friendly, prompt, and courteous. I thought, however, that the phlebotomist/nurse who drew my blood was very short with me and rather abrasive, not professional at all. However, I saw that she was super patient with an elderly woman. I guess she's friendly with certain people. In general, I would recommend the practice since Dr. Rozier was top-notch.
Great professional with great personal approach. Gives you ALL treatment options and leaves the choice up to you. Very involved and dedicates time to the patient. Great experience! Definitely recommend Dr. Rozier.

There was a little bit of difficulty this morning with getting all of the paperwork I needed printed and set up, but this was because I visited Dr. Rozier at a different office than her regular one. The team there did an excellent job at keeping me informed, remaining friendly, and problem solving throughout the situation, and it resulted in only minor delays. Once I got into the exam room, Dr. Rozier was incredibly professional, listened to everything I wanted to explain without trying to rush me, and was very informative. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend visiting Dr. Rozier.

This was my first visit with Dr. Rozier and it went well. I went in with a laundry list of problems and she didn't try to rush me out the door, but instead sat down and went over everything. Also, of course, I felt that she was very competent.

Great first appointment-- Dr. Rozier spent nearly an hour with me going over my medical history and current symptoms, and I really felt like everything I needed was addressed. Highly recommended!

I was a little late after some confusion on the parking, but the office was still friendly and able to accommodate my appointment. (by the way there's a parking garage on the west side of the building). I liked that they had appointments starting as early as 7am, which allowed me to go in before work. They are able to do blood work right in the office, so it was nice to not have to schedule a separate appointment or go to a different lab or clinic for lab work. Dr. Rozier was great. I appreciate that she took any of my medical concerns seriously, and really talked through everything with me, spending about 45 minutes with me.
This was my first visit and I was late, but they let me keep my appointment. I told Dr Rozier I could come back another time, but she completed my assessment and blood work in one visit . Dr Rozier was very thorough and she made sure she addressed all my questions. I was in and out in an hour. Thank you.

I went to see Dr. Rozier as a new patient last month. I had to get a full physical as part of a job application. There was a small spot on my lung during a chest X-Ray, which you can imagine would be very disturbing to hear. Throughout the process, Dr. Rozier kept me informed about what next steps were, what the most likely and other possible outcomes could be, and what the technicians' opinions were. She delivered it in a very professional manner, sticking to facts but delivering them in a calm and personal way. She didn't overly concern me but also didn't hide potential bad case scenarios from me. Also, for some reason, this is the first primary care doctor I've had where the billing wasn't a nightmare. You can resolve your bill in person or through an online portal. Oh, and the portal is GREAT with keeping all of your information on file. There's a bit of a lag, but you can see results from test results and download them for use in other applications. Most offices have this sort of portal, but don't really keep them up-to-date or use them to their full capacity.

Prompt, professional, friendly. She spent the right amount of time with me, answered my questions, and I did not feel rushed. This was a nerve-wrecking appointment for me but she put me at ease.
Verified patient
Dr. Rozier was extremely professional, prompt and helpful. She was able to assist me with my concerns, give me a general check-up and refer me to a couple of other doctors for other things. Her staff was all extremely pleasant. Plus, she had an early appointment time available, so I could swing by before work. I would definitely recommend her.
Verified patient
Dr Rozier was fabulous! Very patient, really listened to all of your concerns. The rest of the staff that I met (the nurse) was pretty incompetent.
Cynthia was very professional and also addressed all of my medical issues and concerns. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
Verified patient
It was awesome! All of the staff were so nice, there was almost no wait time and I felt like she really listened to me and addressed all of my needs. I am looking forward to having her as my primary care provider.

I have a great deal of anxiety around going to the doctor due to previous bad experiences, so I'm happy to say I had a very positive experience with Dr. Rozier. Everyone I met (receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Rozier) was very kind and helpful--not always the case at a Chicago medical practice. I felt like Dr. Rozier really listened to me, and when I asked what next steps were, she gave a clear and thorough explanation of what to expect after I started my treatment plan as well as what actions we would take if I didn't see improvements in the coming week. I've been looking for a doctor I can feel comfortable with since I moved to the city six years ago, and I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Rozier! Will definitely return for PCP needs.

She was so nice and understanding about what I did and didn't want. The visit was quick and she answered all of m questions but I didn't feel like she was shooing me out the door.

Dr Rozier was amazing, like the best doctor I've ever seen. The wait was a little annoying because of the absurd amount of paperwork, but that's to be expected for a first time patient.

She's amazing! Very thorough and she listens!
Verified patient
Super easy to talk to, especially as someone with severe anxiety. I felt listened to, and she was thorough and thoughtful in her response. The entire process, from checking in to walking out, took exactly an hour, and I walked out having accomplished even more than I had hoped for in just a general wellness visit.
