Dagmawit Mekuria, MD attended Addis Ababa University School of Medicine – graduating with her medical degree in 2009. Post-medical school, Dr. Mekuria completed both her medical Internship and Residency at Richmond University Medical Center – where she specialized in Internal Medicine. She always felt called to help people and give back to her community, which drove her desire to become a practicing physician. Dr. Mekuria is most passionate about helping to save the lives of others, caring for her patients in their journey to optimal health and recovery, and assisting families through challenging times in their lives.
Dr. Mekuria loves listening to her patient’s stories and building a trusting relationship so she can provide the best care possible as she helps them to recover from their illnesses.
