This was the best doctor’s appointment I’ve had in years. She listened thoughtfully, asked pertinent questions and even explained why she asked the question. She let me know to get certain things checked (mammogram) as necessary. She was proactive. She was patient. She was kind. It was the best appointment. I appreciated her patience so ver much. I’ve gone to Medical One for years. This was a thousand times better!!!

Dr. Reid can run behind but that’s because she’s listening and engaging with the patient. I’ve been under massive stress that has manifested itself physically. I broke down crying and Dr. Reid held my hands and gave me strength. I highly recommend if you want a try family doc.

Dr. Reid is hands down the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. She is extremely patient with me, and is an excellent listener and communicator. She’s the only doctor I’ve ever had who truly takes into account what her patients are experiencing before deciding a treatment plan. She is not a “ Know it all doctor” truly makes you feel heard and cared for. She is always asking questions and tries to get a full understanding of a situation. I would recommend Dr. Reid to anyone who has had bad experiences in the past with finding a competent, experienced and truly remarkable physician who cares for her patients.
