The staff at the office - from the reception area to the nurses were all extremely kind, caring & friendly. The doctor was very thorough, attentive and professional. He seems very knowledgeable and understanding. This was the opposite of my recent experiences at other clinics - where the doctors were too busy to spend more than a minute or two with me, and can't be bothered to look into issues further. Total opposite. I hope to continue going to Dr. Gray for medical care in the future. Besides the nice staff and care - the price is affordable.

Dr. Dale Gray graduated from Houghton College in Houghton, NY in 1978 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology, Summa Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1982. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Rochester, Rochester General Hospital, and a year as Chief Resident in 1986. He helped open the Crusader Clinic office on Kishwaukee St. in Rockford in 1986, and then worked as a staff physician at the Rockford Clinic from 1988 through 1998. In 1998, he helped start the Hospitalist Program at Rockford Memorial Hospital, and served as its medical director. In 2001, he began his current independent internal medicine practice. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine with the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford. Dr. Gray is board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Gray is happily married and has 2 children in their 20’s. He is a Christian and active in his local church. He is an avid motorcyclist, and rides a Susuki DL 650 V-Strom

Dr. Gray knows his stuff. I felt comfortable in his presence and he took care of me. I would highly recommend my family and friends to him as their primary care doctor.

I love Dr. Gray's office! I dont go to the doctor often but when I do the staff is friendly and profession, and they usual call me back right away. Dr. Gray has a great bedside manor and is real down to earth.

Very thorough. Dr Gray carefully listened & answered all of my questions, I did not feel rushed. Dr Gray takes a personal interest in the well being of his patients. And his nurse, Emily, is wonderful!
