This doctor was not very personable and didn’t seem to take ownership of his diagnosis or recommended treatment. He also made us feel silly for experiencing pain and not understanding everything that was going on with the pain.

The visit was very thorough and he shows great concern. My issue was the wait time. We arrived at 10:30 and were not taken back until after 12.

THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY VERY BEST ORTHO DOCS THAT I HAVE SEEN.. CHECK OUT HIS RESUME AND WHERE HE STUDIED AND COMPLETED INTERNSHIP ETC. HIGHLY HIGHLY EDUCATED AND REFUSES TO DO TREATMENTS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHINGAND HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY. HE TREATS YOU LIKE A PERSON WITH FEELINGS AND UNDERSTANDS THAT WE ARE THERE CUZ WE'RE IN PAIN. I AM IN GREAT SUFFERING, AND HE IS LINING UP MANY TREATMENTS THAT WILL HELP, NOT HURT, MY SITUATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.AND HIS OFFICE STAFF.

Dr. Doute is one of the most educated and thorough physicians I have ever visited. He was able to explain the progression of my diagnosis, identify different alternative treatments, and give me a direct and straightforward solution. He didnot sugar coat, or fabricated information requiring me to visit multiple providers and wasting my valuable time and coverage on unnecessary visits and procedures. I think he is one of the most dedicated professionals I have met. His staff members are very sympathetic and kind. His assistant has verified my coverage, making sure I do not receive a bill and was very pleasant. His PA was very sweet she took an extensive history and was very observant. Prior to my visit I have read the other reviews and because Dr. Doute was highly recommended I disregarded these exaggerated and factual reviews. It is easier to write all the negatives augment false beliefs neglecting this physician high credibility, extensive medical knowledge and genuine appreciation for patients concerns and issues. He is very pleasant shows great charisma and attentiveness. I would recommend him to anyone who is suffering from chronic back pain, has been in auto-collisions and/or in need of orthopedic surgery.

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY. I scheduled a appoitment through zoc doc for 8:45am. They open at 8am but no one came until 9am, the doctor showed up first. He said his front desk gotinto a car accident which i understand things come up. I waited in the waiting room until 10:15am, finally the front desk guy came to verify my insurance, i paid my copay and the lady took me to back, she was very sweet! She asked what was wrong i explained she left and i waited for about another 45min for the doctor to show. He came in and just seemed out of it. He wanted to get a MRI done and he said someone will call me to schedule and they scheduled me back for a follow up. The guy for MRI (DAN) never called me. I kept calling the office a few times so they can get a hold of them or at least so i can cancel my appoitment since i didn't have a MRI done so no need to go back, BUT NO BODY EVER ANSWERS! OMG I CALL ALL THE TIME AND IT ALWAYS GO TO VOICEMAIL. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM. THE DOCTOR IS GOOD AND KNOWS HIS STUFF HE SEEMS LIKE IT. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS HORRIBLE. PLEASE BEAWARE WHEN GOING AND DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY WAITING AROUND.

Before Appointment: I set my appointment Thursday morning and office receptionist called me approximately 3 minutes before they closed. He left VM saying if I had test/X-rays etc done prior and I did not have them I would need to rescheduleappointment. Thank god i didn't have any to bring. Appointment Day: First off i showed up 15min early to my 8am appointment; 8am nobody was there. I waited outside the office until about 8:30am before the receptionist guy showed up. He apologized for being late and handed me papers to complete (that I already completed on Zoc Doc the afternoon before). Receptionist advised me he will contact dr with ETA. He advised me dr will be in shortly and he was on his way. Finally I make it into the room and dr assistant was very nice and helpful. She apologized for Dr not being there on time. She also asked about my reason for dr visit she was very pleasant . After she was done with her questions; she advised me Dr will be in shortly. I waited for about 40-45 min; in between my waiting the receptionist and dr assistant came and apologized for the wait. At this time it's about 10:30am; The receptionist finally came in the room and said the dr had an emergency surgery that morning and was just finishing up. Very upset and tired; I took time off of work to come see see dr and I've done nothing but sit and wait for hours. Dr finally comes in and does NOT apologize for being dang near 3 hours late. He comes in introduces himself and says "what's going on". He clearly did not go over the notes his assistant took earlier. He kept asking me the same question and seemed very unfocused and I he was rushing me. He was speaking very fast and I felt like I wasted my time coming to his office. He showed no regard for my time wasted waiting on him. He just suggested me get an X-ray or an MRI or injections. Explained very briefly and made little eye contact. Waste of time; I never will come to this office again. So unprofessional worst experience I've ever had at a dr office.

My appointment was set for 1pm but the receptionist called and ask to change it to 1:30. I arrived at 1:10 and no one was there. I sat in the empty waiting room for an hour before the receptionist came insaying he got stuck in traffic. I paid my copay and waited another 30 minutes before I was taken into a room and then another 10-15 minutes for the doctor. I saw the doctor and he bent my knee a few times, ask me about pain and then had me feel his knee in comparison. He then suggested injections after he gets an X-ray. They have no x-ray machine yet but we're in the process of getting one so he then wrote a prescription for a knee x-ray to be able to determine the spacing and extent of possible arthritis. He told me to call the imaging location and I should be able to go by for the X-rays. I called and set to go the next day at 2;30 but when I got there no one had an appointment for me and they told me they don't except walk ins. I took time off of work to do this. They said the earliest appointment they had was next Tuesday which was almost a week away. I have had the worst experience overall from the first visit until now. I know the doctor can't control everything but with the lateness of my initial visit, going to imaging etc I'm highly disappointed. The doctor seemed knowledgeable is the only positive thing I can say. I feel like I wasted money with this visit.
