I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Doute! Informed me of my options and we went with the one I was most comfortable with.
The level of professionalism was great. I would recommend Dr. Damien Doute to my Friends and Coworkers.
Verified patient
Really liked Dr. Damien, he was super friendly and personable and attentive to what was going on with me.
Verified patient
The provider was 30 minutes late and then when he did talk to me he was very short.
Verified patient
I would definitely go back, he was a great communicator and explained my issue to me clearly
Verified patient
I was very pleased with my visit and feel comfortable with the doctor treating me.
The doctor was precise in my care he listened he knew what I was going through.
Verified patient
Everyone was very professional. The Dr gave me clear diagnoses of my condition.
Verified patient
Great. Was able to see me right away. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
He is the only 1 that gave me answers about what is going on with my leg
I just felt rushed. Also everything that I went for wasn’t looked at.
Easy Dr to talk with and was thorough in explaining diagnosis
Verified patient
The whole experience was nice and easy i would recommend
He was knowledgeable and detailed in what my diagnosis was.
Verified patient
It’s was informative and probably one of my doc visits...
Verified patient
He’s absolutely amazing! Extremely nice and caring.
Verified patient
Incredibly rude. Dismissed my pain. Didn’t speak to me with respect. Made the whole experience worse by also not have a female around when touching me to examine. Sexist in nature. Questioned my intelligence more than once. Took an xray just to bill. I requested an MRI, he said,”well if you aren’t going to do anything about it there isn’t a point”. I had not once alluded to not being interested in fixing my pain. I fell off my bike and couldn’t walk in my right knee as well as both wrist and left elbow were bad off. My right hip has pain and has for years. Right off the rip, “you are going to have to shorten this list”.. “this is too much”. To top it all off, there was a used needle on the counter. My finance (male) was with me and we almost just left. He was insulted by how I was treated as well as shocked by the unprofessionalism. It’s disappointing that doctors like this are still practicing. I would give a negative star if I could.

Great experience.

Arrived at the appointment 15 minutes early as directed. When I arrived there were 2 patients waiting before me and his door was locked. I received no notification that he would be unable to take the appointment or that it was moved. It was a completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

My experience at the doctor's was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, a positive and reassuring visit.
Verified patient
This doctor talked to me in a rude manner. No greeting. No warmth nor empathy towards me during the interaction. He didn’t appear concerned about the pain I’m experiencing at all. I was in a car accident. Although his office accepts my Aetna health insurance. He turned me away, because “he didn’t want to deal with the hassle of the way he was getting paid through my insurance company.”
Verified patient
Great doctor! He gets straight to the point with no sugar coating or bs nonsense. Went in with a pain issue and within 30 minutes he had taken X-rays and reviewed those with me while explaining what was going on, setup an MRI, and scheduled the follow up appointment. Highly recommended!
I had a great visit.
The best, he is amazing. Like I said the best.
Verified patient
great experience I would recommend
Verified patient
Doc was very attentive, listens to understand not respond. He was very polite, knowledgeable and made sure I had clarity also. The whole staff was impeccable.
Verified patient
Dr Douté was excellent I felt he went to great lengths to explore treatments and explain options and took my situation seriously while bearing in mind changes I could implement on my own to improve. Would recommend.
Verified patient
Clear with his diagnosis and treatment plan!
Verified patient
Short wait time. Friendly staff. The Doctor communicated with me very clearly about my knee problem. I appreciated his kind bedside manners.
Verified patient
Wasn’t a fan of the Dr.’s bedside manner. Prior to even reviewing any x-rays or anything he gave me the worst case secenario prognosis based on what I was telling him was wrong. Very off putting. He is straight to the point no fluff or friendly banter. Some people may like that, for me I need a little more warmth and to be put more at ease. Won’t be returning…i wanted so much to support a doctor of color, but he just wasn’t a good fit for me.

how friendly and professional everyone was
Verified patient
The office staff was really friendly and helpful. The doctor on the other hand was really unfriendly. Upon entering the my exam room, he greeted me with, "hi, I'm doctor Doute, how can I help you?" No hello, how are you today, or even I'm glad you came in. He literally went straight to the point. So I had to course correct how I'd prefer to be greeted by asking him, "Hello, and how are YOU?" I eventually addressed how his bedside manner lacked enthusiasm, and he acted as though he understood. But we'll see. As far as my visit, I went in for back pains due to scoliosis, and he basically told me what he couldn't do. I had to basically ask him what could be done in order to get an answer. Oh, and a funny thing happened. As I was leaving, he was entering another exam room to see another patient and he greeted them with "Hi! How are you doing today?" Not sure if my pep talk helped or if it was just me he didn't like.

Would not recommend. Doctor is under the impression that patients must just accept his diagnosis and treatment suggestions without questions. Gets irritated at questions, countersuggestions or the need for patients to get comfortable with diagnosis and treatments proposed. Office requires that patients wear masks, which is more than reasonable. however they never mentioned it until I got there, they don't have masks to give out or for sale either so I jad to walked around for 45min looking for a mask to buy, which really irked me. add to that an additional 45min wait time...I switched doctors
the doctor was professional. I believe he gave me the answers I needed for my problem and I am going back in a month for a follow-up.
Verified patient
Highly disappointed.
Knowledgeable and straight to the point. Listened and read all of my documents and gave his best opinion. Referred me to another doctor and called and made the appointment for me. I am going back to him for a separate issue with my ankle. Thank you
Verified patient
Nice, kind and very good at communicating what my issue was and how to deal with it. Didn’t judge me and gave great advice. I booked another appointment. It may have been a long wait time but it was worth it plus honestly, I was a few minutes late so I can’t complain
Verified patient
I wasn’t impressed with the doctor the first time I saw him! However, I was impressed with his honesty! The second time, however, I could tell by my two hr wait! In the patient room that my pain wasn’t a priority! When I asked him to help me, with other aches and pains! He had a eight minute tantrum! That spoke volumes to me! From what I can see from the inside of his office, and from his personality! The only thing he is concerned about! Is how much money he can make from Us or our insurance company!!!! The well-being of his patients and our pain management! Means absolutely nothing to him!!!!!! FYI: the Staff were/are very professional and courteous!
Everything was perfect thank you so much

He was straight to the point and I like that. I’m in pain because of My shoulder and back. He made sure I understood the situation and what might need to be done about the pain
Verified patient
It was great
Verified patient
Dr, Doute was point-blank straight to the point.

Great visit
Verified patient
I appreciate their services .
Verified patient
The doctor and his med student were great but they do not check their Zoc Doc for appointments, you should call the office and get a verbal confirmation.
This doctor was not very personable and didn’t seem to take ownership of his diagnosis or recommended treatment. He also made us feel silly for experiencing pain and not understanding everything that was going on with the pain.
Listened Patient and thorough Attentive
