Board Certified in Neurology, Dr. Dan Dumitru will listen to patients description of their medical problems, examine them, perform and order tests (EMG, NCS, EEG and Polysomnography testing), and then diagnose, treat, or refer them to another medical specialist or to an affiliated hospital as needed.
Patients will be provided with a clean, calm and efficient clinical environment. The doctor and his staff will work hard to deliver respect, privacy and high quality care to each patient in a dignified environment.
Care will be provided to all adults without regard to race, ethnic origin, age, gender or sexual orientation. Patients with disabilities should alert the staff when making an appointment of any accommodations that might be required.
This practice medical record system will be computerized. Records will be stored in Dr. Dumitru's office. Paper copies of medical records are shared only with your insurance company and other medical professionals you designate, as explained in this practice privacy policy.
