Dr. Dana Huskey is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1997. She initially moved here for a residency in OBGYN at the Naval Medical Center San Diego and has called San Diego home ever since. Dr. Huskey was a staff OB/GYN at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms and at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and also spent 3 years as a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon with the Marines at MCAS Miramar.
OB/GYN has always been her passion, and she strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for a woman through all stages of her life. Dr. Huskey likes to take the time to understand a woman's concerns and condition, and she wants her patients to feel that they understand their options and plan of care.
Dr. Huskey specializes in minimally invasive surgery including da Vinci robotic surgery, traditional laparoscopy as well as hysteroscopy. She also specializes in the care of women with endometriosis, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and cervical dysplasia (pap smear abnormalities).
Away from work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

She was a kind doctor, but the wait time made me really annoyed, especially when my actual time with the doctor was shorter than my wait time and when people who arrived about 20 minutes after me gets called in before me.
