Everything about the visit itself was wonderful. Receptionist and Dr. Mann were personable, helpful, and pleasant. Only glitches were: my followup appointment card mismatched the date and day; when I called to confirm/fix the phone menu was difficult to navigate and gave the sense it's hard to reach a human being.

Dr. Dana Mann joined our family practice at our Middleton office in the summer of 2012. She began her practice in 2008, and has developed special interests in women’s health, pediatrics, skin procedures, sports medicine, and palliative care.
Dr. Mann completed her undergraduate studies at Tufts University, attended Tufts University School of Medicine, and also did her family medicine residency at Tufts. She has maintained certification in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). In 2005 Dr. Mann received the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award, and in 2008 she received the Sidney Zeitler M.D. Memorial Award for her significant contribution to the education of future family physicians at the Tufts residency program.
During her affiliation with Beverly Hospital, Dr. Mann served on the Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia Committee, the Electronic Medical Record Forms Committee, and the Electronic Medical Record Task Force. She was also a member of the Medical Advisory Panel and a leader of the Diabetic Management Initiative.
Dr. Mann and her family live on the North Shore. She enjoys family life, skiing, and gardening.

I originally had scheduled a physical with Dr. Mann because I was looking for a new PCP, but coincidentally I got sick between the time I booked it and the day of. I called the office to change it to a sick visit and had no problems. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional, both on the phone and in person. I arrived very early to my appointment and still didn't have to wait long. Dr. Mann and the nurse were both great. They listened well and were very thorough. I think I found a great new primary care physician!
