More about Dr. Dani Urcuyo, MD
Since doing my first CrossFit workout almost 10 years ago, I’ve been an avid CrossFit athlete and coach. I earned my medical degree from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and I specialize in Family Medicine.
I competed in the 2011 CrossFit Games and currently run an online training program that helps individuals incorporate efficient and effective training into their busy lives alongside my wife Julie Foucher (herself a four-time CrossFit Games athlete and soon-to-be medical doctor).
I’m a firm believer that food and movement have the power to prevent and treat many chronic health conditions and I’m passionate about combining my interests in Functional Medicine and Sports Medicine to empower individuals to live their healthiest lives. I believe SteadyMD is at the forefront of a primary care revolution, and I’m excited to be part of it.
