Once it's your turn, Dr Bell is great. 2 hours wait time today is quite ridiculous.

Didn't look at my chart before examination. Asked me what toe hurt. I was there for my heel. Very quick exam. Very matter of fact and cold. Won't go back.

Dr. Bell explained everything in language I understood. He was very gentle then examining my foot. I was very pleased with the Dr. and his staff. He was worth the long wait to see him. I highly recommend his practice.

My experience at this Doctor's office was horrible. First the staff is unprofessional they do not coordinate between them, I have to repeat myself more than 3 times to different staff.
When the doctor received me after 1 hour 1/2, he said what was wrong within 2 seconds, then he sent me off to the front for my prescription, he did not explain how to use the medication, he didn't ask me questions, he didn't clarify nothing to me. He told me it would me take 1 year to cure what I have.
I went to another doctor, they trimmed my nails and many other procedures they did so many things ( good) that my new doctor told me it will only take me a month to cure everything. Where as Dr. Bell told me it will take me a 1year because he did nothing to to help speed up the process. I never leave reviews but I had to this to warn other patience. So disappointed.

Don't expect to be seen right away. Actually in South Florida you shouldn't expect that anyway because it's unrealistic. Dr. Bell definitely takes his time with his patients to ensure that he is addressing all of their needs.

Besides the looong hour wait & loooong hour "consultation", I loved Dr. Bell's demeanor & the professional explanation of treatment options. I will be going to him again.

Long wait time is understandable when good doctors are hard to find, especially one that will take time to listen to you and make valuable recommendations.
I recommend him and his staff highly, just bring a good book.
See you next week!

Once I saw the doctor everything was great! I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment and was seen 45 min after the scheduled time.

He found the problem right away, which was different that the primary doctor's office said. It has been 2 hours since treatment and I already feel relief. Great.

LOVED IT!!! Wait was not long Doctor was extremely professional and fast! X ray happened so fast I was amazed most places have you wait forever! Dr Bell will be the only Podiatrist I visit if any other problems. Oh and the complimentary Valet was the cherry on top :)

TERRIBLE
From speaking to people in the waiting room Dr. Bell has many excuses as to why we are made to wait so long. I mean hours long. My appointment was at 12:00 p.m. and I wasn't seen till 2:30 p.m. I was told the front desk over booked (new girl) is what the doctor said. On my second visit at 9:00 a.m. I wasn't called till 10:00 a.m. in that hour I learned from other patients that Dr. Bell is always blaming the staff for over booking. If this is a problem that he is aware of then perhaps he should address the issue and hire staff that knows how to book in a medical office.

Very Professional and took care of my immediate concern. I had some additional questions I wanted to ask concerning my feet. But after he finished handling my immediate situation, he quickly ended things and just said see you in 2 weeks for a follow up. Staff seemed a bit disorganized but very friendly and accommodating to all patients. Going back and will try to get my questions answered regarding my feet.

Like him very much, great bedside manner. Answers any question and is very knowledgable in his field. Office is a bit too small for people coming in with crutches or wheelchairs. Great personality....

Dr. Bell is a very laid-back/easy-going guy, and answers any questions you have, very thouroughly. He is extremely patient, which is refreshing since not many doc's are. His staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend him to anyone seeking podiatric help.

January 10, 2013Willard D.Verified patient
Good. Because I was a new patient it took a little longer for me to be seen but other patients went in right away which was good. Only "negative" is Doctor just prepared a huge needle before explaining to me what was going to happen. Scary.
