I had been having ongoing problems with very red, dry eyes, and did not know the cause. I made an appointment on ZocDoc with Dr. Goldberg on a Sunday night for the next morning, and he was ready as soon as I arrived. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain all his procedures, as well as his diagnosis. I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Goldberg as my primary eye doctor, and would strongly recommend him to my friends.

Dr Goldberg was amazing, fastidious and thorough. I woke up in the morning unable to keep my eyes open under any kind of light--it completely burned. I saw my primary doctor who suggested I see an ophthalmologist immediately. I found Dr Goldberg on ZocDoc and he took me in that afternoon. I waited less then five minutes to see him. He's a complete professional. He brought me in and within minutes gave my eyes relief with medicated drops and I was on my way to healing. I missed a follow-up appointment and he called to check in on me. Amazing service, amazing doctor!

Dr. Goldberg is as thorough as you'd like him to be -- he answered all my questions in detail without rushing me out -- even showed me images of my eye and compared with photos from textbook. Highly recommend.

Dr. Goldberg is one of the very few doctors in New York who I felt was really listening to me when I talked about my concerns about the chronic redness of my eyes. I never felt rushed, and he took some time to lay out options for me to choose. Some doctors I've had just write a prescription and hope that it will work, but they don't thoroughly go over what the plan is if it doesn't work. Dr. Goldberg did. He's the real deal.

I went to see Dr. Goldberg for pain behind my eye. He did multiple tests of my eye, and explained why he was doing each one, and what the results meant (and what it would mean if they were different). Solid, professional doctor.
