Hartman, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a San Francisco native who completed his undergraduate training at the University of California, Davis and obtained his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. His internship and Specialty training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose and Throat) were both completed at the Stanford University Medical Center.
Dr. Hartman is Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He has been in practice in San Francisco for over 23 years, treating both adults and children. As a Professor at the University of California at San Francisco, he received several awards for clinical excellence.
