Dr. Dan is active duty in the United States Navy, stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, and was recently selected to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He worked to create the first metabolic obesity clinic with weight loss strategies for active duty military and has spoken at the Obesity Cared Advocacy Network.
He recommends Paleo and keto diets to his patients with insulin resistance and knows how a low-carb lifestyle can improve overall health and weight management.
