My visit with Dr. Daniel Kaufman has been great. He listens to your concerns, and add his own personal opinion to it without disregarding yours. Throughout my visits, he continues to show that he understands my concerns, which was important to me as surgery is a scary concept . He explains his knowledge of different types of race and culture in regards to my procedure, expertise in his line of work, and humor to lighten the mood. This showed me that I was in capable hands. I am most appreciative that Dr. Kaufman had given me his ear to listen to my concerns and make this experience more comfortable as it was my first time doing any type of surgery.
His office and surgical staff have been very supportive and kind as they showed empathy throughout the visits/sessions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daniel Kaufman.

The receptionist made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was very pleasent, knowledgable with regards to Insurance Information and proffesional at the same time.

While my visit with Dr. Kaufman himself was productive and insightful, I found various other aspects of the visit frustrating. I arrived for a 9:00 appointment at 8:50, and no one from the office (doctor included) arrived until 9:10. Because we started late, Dr. Kaufman begain the appointment asking me several questions I had just answered on the form, which of course he hadn't had time to read. Then when I was leaving and tried to pay, the credit card machine wasn't working, so I had to wait for the receptionist to call the other office, have them process my card, then email me the receipt. Other than speaking with the doctor himself, who seemed very knowledgable and helpful, I found the experience rather unprofessional. However, were these items to be addressed, I would have no problem recommending him in the future

It was great. He was personable, honest and knowledgable. I was interested in lower ab lipo. He informed me of other work I needed first (repair a hernia), and that I barely needed the lipo after that (a girl always loves THAT kind of info). I appreciate his integrity, and made me feel valued....not just quick money!

Warm, personable, direct. Dr. Kaufman took my concerns seriously, and gave me the pros and cons of every scenario. He was also honest about what he would not do and why. It was refreshing. We did meet in a dentist office, which was a little odd, but this was just a consultation after all, and at the end of it I had the information I needed, including a cost assessment.

Very personable and easygoing. He does morning consults in his brother's dental office in Manhattan--that's where I went--so I can't comment on the quality of his "real" Brooklyn office or any actual procedures but he was very nice.

I saw Dr. Kaufman for Botox. He was very thorough explaining the why's and wherefore's of the product and communicating what would be best for a successful outcome. Only having Botox one other time with a different doc and being disappointed I was pleased Dr. Kaufman took the time to listen to my concerns. The first time I left with red knots all over my forehead that developed into bruises.; this time with Dr. Kaufman I left with nary a knot, redness or bruising. His technique and skill are impressive. Trust him!
