Waited an hour, had to pick up my son from school and said so, even though I had a 12:15 appointment and had to get him at 2:10 with a 30 minute drive.
I said I had to pee and they gave a drinking cup (not pee cup which has a screw top). The bathroom didn't have any soap or paper towels.
They need to hire more people there because the staff was overloaded and they should give a raise to all the support working there because they are doing two or more jobs each.

The appointment was good but not happy with zocdoc. They allowed me to book appointment when it was lunch time for doc. Also they never had information about my appointment. Not only I had to wait 40 mins, I had to fill up all the data once again.

Dr. Cushner called me "sweetheart" which made me extremely uncomfortable and felt condescending even though I'm sure he didn't mean it to be. He was wearing a mask but his nose was out and I had to ask him to pull his mask up. The office was full of people and I had to ask if they were taking temperatures of patients because I didn't see a single patient get temperature checked even though it's in covid guidelines. I would not go here again, nor would I recommend it.

From the moment I walked through the door I was met with a feeling of being welcomed and a high level of professionalism. The staff were all very nice, caring and efficient. The Doctor was beyond excellent! I have never been to a facility like this before, it is very well run! I have also never had an experience like this with a Gynecologist Doctor, this is by far my best one! He was very informative took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was kind, honest and very caring. My appointment was at 3:45pm and I was called in at 3:45pm. The Doctor spoke with me before I entered the exam room and then took time to speak with me again in the exam room. Even with a busy office and things moving fast, I did not feel rushed, ignored or uncared for. Doctor Kushner is amazing! I am so glad I found him on ZocDoc, he has gained me as a loyal patient! Thanks again Doctor Kushner!! =)

I’ve just started with Dr. Kushner but, I’m super happy and confident changing over to him. He’s extremely thorough and kind and his staff is amazing. I was EXTREMELY nervous and stressed about a biopsy and he calmed me down and all went so smoothly. Would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Kushner was great! Super clear with me and direct, also very approachable and made me feel comfortable. He was very quick so we only spent a few minutes together but it didn't bother me at all since I didn't have many questions, plus I know he would've spent more time if it was needed. He was quite efficient and I was back at my car one hour after I arrived!

I was worried about finding a new ob-gyn after leaving the City and moving to rockland county. I felt comfortable with Dr. Kushner. He was quick, efficient, empathetic, and listened to my concerns. He even gave me restaurant recommendations since I’m new to the area. I saw some reviews about people saying he didn’t spend enough time with them, I didn’t feel that way at all. I don’t care for my doctors to linger, he did what he needed to do and left. The staff was also very nice, quick and efficient. They all move quickly so if you miss something or get confused, ask a question.

Put my worries at ease ! Sweet and nice. Made me laugh. I felt so comfortable not like other places I’ve been. And the nurses and ladies at the front desks were the sweetest I’ve ever met. Couldn’t be happier and they still took me even tho I was a little late cause I got lost. Wish all drs offices were this pleasant!

Dr.Kushner is absolutely heaven sent! He handles all his patients with care / comfort including me. I’m going to be completely honest, I always thought I wanted a female OBGYN because of just how woman and woman can relate, but honestly I don’t even think gender matters at this point. I have been seeing him for 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Will be following him wherever he goes! And his staff is always so helpful, they make me feel better Everytime I walk out, especially jahira!?? Thank you guys!!!

The Staff at the office is always sweet and kind.
Dr. Kushner will go out of his way to make a patient feel comfortable & he treats you with respect. He does not act doubtful or accuse patients of being "crazy". Definitely recommend!
