He was a bit brusque. He didn't seem curious or compassionate or even very friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Marchalik because he always makes the appointment very informal and puts me at ease. I was very concerned about something but he put my worries to rest. That's what a great doctor does with their patients.

He did no physical examination at all which I find highly unusual. I expected a more meaningful conversation about my condition but he came with curt recommendations of what I should do

Pros:
- Dr. Marchalik was professional and knowledgeable
- Liked his no nonsense approach
- Seemed very up to date of latest therapies for
my issues and prescribed some new treatments, etc.
Cons:
- The front desk forgot to give me paper work to fill out
- Wait for lab tests was 25 minutes.
- My total visit time at the office was 2 hours and 15 minutes. It's a good thing that I took the day off

This doctor is always a pleasure, a credit and and honor to the American medical profession. This is the doctor to see when you are hurting in need of reassurance, to be in the best of hands and care.

I went to Dr. Marchalik bearing high expectations, having been referred to him with the highest of recommendations. Within moments, Dr. M. had easily exceeded those highest recommendations. This is the exemplary kind of doctor every patient wishes for, but perhaps too rarely finds--just a grand all-round physician, empathetic human being for a harried world.

Dr. Marchalik reviewed not just his notes, but my entire medical history since my last visit, before my appointment so he was well prepared with how my next steps for urology would work into and around my treatment for thyroid cancer. He also was able to quickly explain why the kidney stone wasn't caused by a medication I thought it may have been. Will definitely continue seeing him!
Office staff was very helpful in trying to get the referral my primary doctor issued, but had some errors on, corrected. Ultimately, I had to go down to the primary doctor's office (just downstairs) - but they did earnestly try.
