Dr. May has been our Dr. over 30 years. He has seen us through about everything. When we both had covid in our 80's someone from his office called us every couple of day on our photo phone to see how we were doing and made prescription decisions and we had a friend who picked up the meds. for us. We can't say enough good about Dr. May and even his daughter Amanda May.

Check in did not go well...I was approx. 6th in line and 20 min. prior to appt. time and it took 30 min. to officially be called back...at least 2-3 people ahead of me had difficulty with insurance issues and only 2 people checking everyone in. After getting checked in, things went smoothly...were they short-handed?

I guess you guys are working out the kinks. I signed up online for my yearly womanly check up. I got there and it was set up for a regular visit so they weren't expecting my type of visit and weren't prepared. They did accommodate me though. I paid for the visit and shouldn't have so they reimbursed me and apologized. I asked NOT to have the PA in with the doctor and the PA performed the whole exam, unexpected, NOT good listening to the patient. I gave blood twice because they didn't communicate they needed enough for two reasons. Your new online scheduling needs a little work because I received 5 text messages and 5 emails either getting my information or reminding me of the visit, too many, too repetitive. I thought they didn't receive my information so I filled it out a second time, then got another of the same email and figured I didn't need to fill it out a 3rd time. I will always go through it all because the doctor is so good.

Maddie was great and it would be nice for her to join the team after she graduates in November.

Dr. May is the most caring, thorough physician I have ever had. He gives such great personal care. During my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment he often called me at home to check in. I’ve been seeing him for nearly 30 years and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I really like having the option to meet my doctor by virtual appointment. It saves me on my time and car expense. There maybe times that I would need to see my doctor in person but if it can be handled or diagnosed via the internet I'm glad this option is available to me.

I met with Dr. May today for my annual (okay semi-annual) physical. He is extremely patient and took the time to listen to my concerns as well as provide excellent explanations and advice. I never feel like he is in a rush, he prides himself in thoroughness. Also love seeing Esperanza High School students in the office workingn on their externships. Glad Dr. May's office supports the local program.

I REALLY like Dr. May. I can be a little critical of doctors but he gets an A+ He was personable, engaging, took his time, was gentle and kind. I really felt like he was caring for me. I felt like all of my concerns about today and my future health were addressed with confident answers. He made me feel like he has been my doctor my whole life.
