My second visit with Dr Morse for a pre consultation surgical procedure that was diagnosed by him prior. Dr Morse is compassionate and will spend time with you. It was unfortunate that he referred me elsewhere for the procedure. It was disappointing to sacrifice my day and wait to find out he did not provide that procedure any longer. He is an excellent Dr and I would recommend him.

The visit was very professional and the staff was energetic and treated me like a human being and not a number. The doctor was very pleasant and handled the situation as a doctor should. Could not be more pleased.

This was the worst Doctor's visit I have ever had. The office was unorganized and inefficient. I waited more than two hours and in the end the visit was pointless because they couldn't even help me in that office. I was told to make an appointment at their Weston office and that it would be a month before I could get in. This is completely unacceptable when you are experiencing dizziness.

Dr. Morse seemed like a very sweet man. He offered great suggestions to help me with my problem since it was out of his field of practice but I thought there might of been a link.

I really feel worth it, really fast. I'm impressed. No questions before de Dr. Coming for any nurse. The nurse just take my blood pressure and right away the Dr. Came and ask me about what happen to me. I was 1 and a half week feeling something stuck in my throat, and that was getting me crazy. The dr. Inmediately explain me about a procedure, something like a endoscopy but trough the nose. He check everything and explain me my situation, gave me a treatment and ask me to come back on monday. I feel safe and in good hands.

The only negative about my visit was that my appointment was at 3:00 and I didn't get seen until after 4:00. I did show up ten minutes late because I got lost trying to find the office because it's within the hospital and you have to park in the parking garage. Otherwise, I highly recommend doctor morse. He was very kind, patient, and reassuring. Didn't rush, listened to me, and explained everything I asked. He was a great professional and even had one of his workers call another office to make an appointment for me for a referral.

Dr. Morse was great - his staff on the other hand needs improvement. They never 'received' my referral when my primary MD had sent it over a month prior resulting in me having to wait over an hour to be seen after waiting over a month for an appointment. The doctor was great and very personable and really cared about my well-being and how I was feeling.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly... I recommended Dr. Morse to my brother and he asked how I was doing? And how was my trip to China. That impressed me, cuz Dr's sometimes don't even remember their patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Morse

Dr. Morse seems very unsympathetic person. I went to visit his office to check my ear & throat. I had pain in my throat, so he sued the stick & the light to examine my throat. He told me that: “it seems nothing wrong with my throat.” I told him: “but I feel pain.” He suggested me to use the Flexible Fiberoptic Laryngoscopy (examination of the larynx with the assistance of a flexible scope). I agreed to use it reluctantly, then after they brought the device and I saw it, I changed my mind, especially after I was asked to sign for the In-Office Procedure Consent. I told them, I am no longer interested to do it. He sent one of his assistance to convince me to do it, so I did it. It was painful, I started to cry. He told me that: “it seemed that I have throat reflux”. I left the clinic, I was very mad that day. I felt that I was in a car dealer, who tries to convince his client to buy a car. They were trying to convince me to use this device, so that they can bill my insurance company for that device, maybe! I did not feel that my case was needed for this “telescope”. It was a regular pain, maybe because of oily food that I eat or something like that; & it is gone without using any medication. I think that patients should have freedom to make their own decisions, without trying to alter their decisions! In addition to the previous experience, he was very arrogant. He seemed indifferent for my pain.
