Waited for over an hour and a half to see the doctor. Apparently the doctor was in a meeting at the same time that my appointment was scheduled. The office is nice and staff is friendly but it seems they have scheduling conflicts frequently as people were complaining about the wait.

Wait time was ridiculous, but he is an excellent doctor. He is friendly, thorough, and easy to talk to. The wait was way to long. My appointment was at 10am and I did not see him till around 130- 2pm.
Staff were also very nice. Gave me a snack since I missed lunch time.

Prepare to wait at least 2-3 hours after check in. But he will spend at least 30-50 minutes with you when your in, well worth the wait!

Dr Shein is the first Orthopaedic dr that not only listened to me but also heard what I was saying. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and explains what the problem is in a way that I can understand. His bedside manner is the best I have ever seen. I am recommending him to my family and friends

Bring a book, or a movie to watch on your phone. My appointment was at 10am. I saw the doctor at about 1:20pm. What made up for it was that he seems like he knows what he's talking about, and he managed to squeeze in an MRI for me the same day.
