Dr. Daniel Stehli is an adult psychiatrist who has over four years of experience with psychiatry.
Dr. Stehli's practice focuses on medication management with elements of supportive therapy integrated into 30 minute follow-up visits.Dr. Stehli strongly believes in therapy to develop the skills and insight necessary for managing symptoms outside of appointments and may recommend adding a therapist as part of your care team.
He received his medical degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL before moving to Nashville, TN where he completed four years of adult psychiatry training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. While in training, he cared for patients across a wide variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison, community mental health seeing patients with severe mental illness living in the Middle Tennessee area. He received additional psychotherapy training in supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy modalities as well during his psychiatry residency.
Dr. Stehli's practice focuses on treatment of general psychiatric disorders that occur at all stages of adulthood. He especially enjoys treating mood and anxiety disorders in transitional age adults.
