Very impressed with the service received from Dr. Stramandi! Her bedside manner and genuine concern for your overall health is phenomenal and refreshing. You don't feel rushed and even if you come in for just one thing she wants to know how your doing emotionally and physically. Any office visit that starts with "tell me about yourself" makes you feel cared for! ????

Dr. Danielle Stramandi graduated from the UMDNK Robert Wood Johnson Family Medicine Program at Capital Health in 2012. She completed undergraduate Princeton University (class of 2012) with a degree in Spanish and Minor in Pre-Med. She graduated from medical school at Ross University. Dr. Stramandi specializes in Primary Care, Preventative medicine and Women’s Health. She is well versed in alternative methods of care and dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based medicine. She is highly competent in treating individuals of all ages and values building a trusting and caring relationship with her patients. In addition to primary care she is well versed in Sports Medicine and hands on Osteopathic Care for Pain Management.
She was born and raised in New Jersey and was a National Level Diver and Gymnast. She was a 7-time NJ State Gymnastics Champion. She holds the current records on the 1 meter and 10 meter platform from Princeton University. She earned All-American status at Princeton University for 3 years and was the NCAA Division 1 Bronze Medalist on the 10 meter platform in 2001. She actively coaches young gymnasts and divers in her spare time.

Very caring Doctor...came away feeling relieved that someone understood my pain and was going to help me thru it...She was not in a hurry to process me, something i'm not used to- she took her time an diagnosed things that have been bothering me that I thought was just the pain of getting older...Surprise maybe i can get rid of some of the pain I have been living with the past year and start to feel like myself again..

The first thing I liked is that I could find out about her and info about her online via ZocDoc. The second thing is that I could schedule appointment online, and the reminders were helpful. I sent a request online to pre-fill out the forms, and her staff called to confirm and sent them out, so that I could have them ready when I went in. It was all very smooth and painless and didn't waste my time, which I think is very important with a doctor's office.
The place is pleasant enough; not fancy but not run down either--standard office building feel. They have comfy chairs in the waiting area, not that I was there long at all.
I went for a routine physical, and I felt that she had a good balanced pace of friendliness with let's get you done and out of here so you can get on with your life. She specifically said that she prioritizes being on time and not making people wait, which was a painpoint with my last doc, so that was good to hear.
She gave me very useful pointers specifically about things I can improve upon without making me feel like a bum. She also said she is interested in holistic approach to health, which agrees with my perspective.
All in all it was a pleasant visit. I do wish that they could do the labs in house, but sending you to a lab seems to be somewhat common around here. No big deal.
Another improvement would be to get the forms online so we could fill them out beforehand on the computer and save their office staff the trouble of inputting all that info.

What an amazing facility! I haven't experienced such a prompt, kind and attentive medical staff like this in years. I highly recommend Dr. Stramandi and am definitely keeping her as my primary care physician.
