I was a new patient and I didn't feel like she wanted to wait on me - I sincerely hope it had nothing to do with my race - but that's how she made me feel. I will not return.

My appointment was not until 3pm but I had an another appointment in the same medical building earlier that morning. So I stopped in to see if there was a cancellation. The receptionist was so wonderful. She fit me in between two appointment and I was taken back in less then 5 mins. I couldn't ask for better service. They were great.

I'm very satisfied with my appointment at Dr. Yanez' office. It was my first time at this office/with this doctor - and only my second gyn. appt ever. Everyone was very nice and welcoming - from the receptionist (not very common, in my experience) to the assistant, to the doctor. I also like that I was able to fill out all the forms on the Zoc Doc app whenever I had the time prior to the appt and they used that information. I've gone to other doctors who used Zoc Doc, but made me fill out all the forms all over again.

One of the worst
Experiences of my life . You would think a doctor would come in sit down and speak
With you and your issues instead she rushed the whole thing and made me feel horrible about myself not to mention she was not kind and very rude!! Do not see
Her I'm still in shock how bad I was treated in that room , and wouldn't wish that on anyone !! I could say so many more
Things about this experience but I think you all get the point . Anyone that suffers from bad anxiety like myself , stay away !

I would not recommend the doctor because she bills for the services that were not provided. And the girl who works at front desk fives wrong information regarding payment for self pay patients.
