Dr. Baltazar began his academic career at the University of the Pacific, located in Stockton, California, where he received his undergraduate degree. He continued his pursuit of knowledge at the same institution, culminating in a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He then dedicated several years of his professional life to the practice of physical therapy, honing his expertise and patient care skills.
Driven by a desire to further broaden his medical competence, Dr. Baltazar pursued and attained his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, situated in Lebanon, Oregon. From there, he continued on to a dermatology residency at HonorHealth in Scottsdale, Arizona. During his tenure, he demonstrated remarkable leadership skills and commitment to excellence, culminating in his appointment as Chief Resident in his final year.
His professional interests lie in the fields of surgical dermatology and dermatologic oncology. Apart from his medical pursuits, Dr. Baltazar cherishes family time and has cultivated an appreciation for culinary arts, specifically cooking and charcuterie. He also enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
