Dr. David Corona attended Cleveland University for his chiropractic education and graduated in 2021. Dr. Corona was born in Mexico City. His parents decided to embark on a journey of a lifetime, and taking their chances seeking out their “American Dream.” In 2001 Dr. Corona and his family ended up in the beautiful city of Topeka, Kansas. From there, Dr. Corona integrated into the Midwest culture and it became a part of him more than ever. His community in the city of Topeka became super important for his upbringing. After high school, he attended The University of Kansas in pursuit of a traditional medical education. That all changed when Dr. Corona’s beloved grandmother was diagnosed with cancer. After seeing the pain and struggling his grandmother underwent, a family friend suggested chiropractic as a form of treatment for her. It was at this point that Dr. Corona would have his first exposure to chiropractic. After getting doctor approval for his grandmother to see a chiropractor, all it took was one visit and Dr. Corona knew that the chiropractic profession was the one for him. After seeing what one treatment could do for his grandmother and the impact it had on her quality of life, Dr. Corona dropped his medical application and applied to chiropractic school.
Dr. Corona has gone above and beyond in terms of education to provide the best evidence based care to his patients. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelors degree in Human Physiology and during his time at this institution Dr. Corona became very involved in human performance and biomechanics. His education and passion to help people have tailored his education to mimic those passions
