Dr. Dooley earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy. Dr. Dooley is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Texas Medical Association, Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Texas Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Bexar County Medical Society. Dr. Dooley is married and has two children. He enjoys painting, golf and reading.

I am 24 years old, so I went in for my second Pap smear (first time going to see Dr Dooley). I have been anxious about getting this Pap smear because the thought of it just kind of freaks me out for some reason, but Dr doodly made the process as fast and comfortable as possible while I still felt fully checked up on and taken care of. I also talked to him about birth control methods which I had already studied up on extensively and he was very quick and to the poor by catching the hint that I had already done much research but he still went over the basics to make sure I knew what I wanted. Once I had chosen he talked about that particular kind more. I had an extremely pleasant experience. I left the office and immediately texted my boyfriend and told him that I might have just found the doctor that will delivery my baby if/when I have one! Never had that feeling before. The wait time wasn't long at all compared to what you brace yourself for going to any kind of doctor at all. The staff was nice as well. I am so happy I found Dr Dooley! I've never been a regular patient to any doctor and I will definitely be a patient to him. And I am thankful for that.

Dr. Dooley's staff did an excellent job of finding me an appt time for me. My PCP prefers not to do pelvic exams and that was all I needed. I was a new patient and Dr. Dooley answered all my questions and provided me with a provider who specializes in urogynocology. He let me know what to expect in terms of results from the specimen taken that day and the staff scheduled my next exam for next year. Preventative Healthcare is so important and Dr. Dooley got me in quickly, answered my questions and out the door, all under 45 minutes.

I was nervous about going to a new doctor but Dr. Dooley and his staff were pleasant and all smiles. The nurse and I talked and joked a little too. It was a good experience - and at my age I need that!!!
Dr. Dooley and nurse were very informative and honest with me. I had been carrying "high risk" stress in my heart for years based on family history and doctors telling me I was. Dr. Dooley assured me that I was not high risk and explained why. He was uncertain why doctors have told me this to the point of being scared out of my whits!!! I firmly believe that Lots of prayer and faith led me to Dr. Dooley. Thank you God for letting me meet him!!!

Great doctor. He was obstetrician for the births of my 20 year old daughter & 18 year old son. He helped me with infertility isuues before the birth of my children. He has been my gynecologist ever since. I am very pleased & appreciative of the care Dr. Dooley has provided me over the years. He also stays current with all new procedures & medications available. He listens to my concerns & answers any questions that I have clearly & concisely. Dr. Dooley is definitely one of the very best in his field.
