Dr. Dotson is a very thorough Doctor. He listens to what you have to say and really cares about your health. He is a "blood hound" and follows the test very carefully!! I have never felt that he didn't care about my and my family's well-being. He is great at what he does. His staff is unmatchable and if you are having issues he is the best doc to see. It went faster than it has in the past. My biggest complaint is he talks too much of the news and stuff he has read on the internet. Which puts him behind schedule. I dont mind a 5 min off medical record but when it becomes 15 min or so non-medical that is when I have a problem. Love this doctor to pieces and I have been with him for a very long time. I trust this man with my life.

I was concerned about some changes in my health. Dr noticed my color was not normal and neck pulse was more prominent than normal. With my belly extention lack of appetite but weight gain he sent me to ER to be checked out asap. He is very thourgh with his patients.
