Dr. Fitzhugh has been our family optometrist for over 20 years. We are very pleased with all aspects of the care he provides, including diagnostic tests, contact lenses and glasses. When my husband had a problem years ago with a film developing on his contact lenses, Dr. Fitzhugh persisted until he found the solution: a more effective lens cleaner that still works well. We trust Dr. Fitzhugh's experience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Well, the treatment was ok. But, when I ordered my contacts with them, they took 2+ months to deliver. Ideally, it would take less than a week if I order it online or anyother optical stores!

He was awesome, not so thrilled with his office staff. I ordered my contacts through their office and am still waiting for them to come in. The trial pair that Dr Fitzhugh gave me was good for a month, but it's been well over a month and no contacts yet. I am having to wear my glasses and when I call to check on my contacts, they are too busy to help me and always need to call me back. I am getting very frustrated. Dr Fitzhugh was great but he needs better office staff.

As always, the service at Plano Vision was excellent. Dr Fitzhugh is always professional and friendly and so are his office staff. I've never had any trouble with getting my contacts within a week and they mail them direct to my home so no repeat visits are required.

Very friendly but the office quality is not as great compared to other eye doctors I've been to. I also got contacts that were supposed to come in 3-4 weeks and, after 7 weeks, still weren't here. Extremely upsetting.
