Recent reviews

Dr. Henderson is very easy to talk to and does a great job of explaining what’s going on in my head and why. I’m looking forward to continuing with a treatment plan.
Dr. Henderson is talented, highly intelligent, and insightful. Most substantially, he differs from most of the counselors from whom I have previously received counseling by providing uncannily accurate suggestions and answers, he then reframes and presents back to you in a way that fosters progress and useful skills. Instead of trying so hard to lead you to a conclusion about yourself that might take the majority of a session to realize, he frequently cuts through that wasted time, sets out the conclusion for your consideration, promotes reflection on the conclusion to confirm accuracy, and then gives you practical ways to effectively use the information. In the end he is more efficient and cost effective than any mental-health professional I've ever encountered.
