It was a waste of time filling out the paperwork online. I still had to fill them out again in the office. The receptionist was rude about it. For a first time patient, first impression meant a lot. Not even a hello was given. Dr. Hensley himself told me that he doesn't know anything about Zocdoc when I mentioned about the issue with paperwork. He seemed in a hurry to see me.
