It was a long wait but, what doctor sees you right away...those days are long gone - it's all about stacking appointments now. I got there at 2:55 and was not seen till about 3:45 and still waited in the patient room a good 15 minutes. He did have good magazines to read though. Anyhow he was thorough and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed to stop asking questions as other doctors have. So in comparison to other facilities - this one was fine. Not what I wanted or expected but fine.
They have a good office and service, but it just didn't seem very personal. I felt rushed and not important.

We needed attention for our son, I used Zocdoc to find provider near hour who had availability, my appointment was confirmed. But did feel rushed by doctor, wait was too long . It met our needs due to son's injured leg but doctor seemed too busy (perhaps appointment time should not appear on Zocdoc)? Overall satisfactory and Facility is clean.
It was a very good visit

He was polite, but indifferent. Nice man

Verified patient
Not very pleased. Doctor diagnosed me with Rheumitoid Arthritis without xrays and put me on steroids with no explanation as to what and why I was on them. Also, I had to suggest on my own physical therapy?
Verified patient
It was ok.
Dr. Lin was awesome. Took the time to answer all my questions and truly cared about finding a solution. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Verified patient
The man definitely knows his business. I have had my share of surgical procedures and was most impressed by his prior medical history in the military. He repaired my torn (shredded) rotator cuff in such a way that made my rehabilitation go much smoother, faster and easier. My physical therapists were blown away at the full range of motion that I was capable of! Thank you Dr Lin...??

My grandmother broke her wrist a couple of years ago, and highly recommended Dr. Lin when I needed surgery to repair a wrist I fractured in an automobile accident last summer. I had never broken or fractured a bone in my life previously (I'm 40 now), so I was nervous and a bit scared of the whole painful process. Dr. Lin, Katelyn and Jon (his staff) are efficient and extremely compassionate - taking extra time to explain the procedure, what to expect post-op during rehabilitation, and made sure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout the entire process. I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his practice!

This was my first time meeting the doctor. I felt comfortable with him but felt like he brushed off my pain. He did put together an initial treatment plan so we will see if things improve. The office staff was friendly and quick. I am lukewarm warm about this being my regular ortho but I am giving him a shot. He seemed to have a good bedside manner just not thorough in regards to my issue.

Great visit!!! I saw Dr. Lin as a second opinion and he convinced and saved me from an unnecessary surgery that another orthopedic surgeon was pushing me into. I'm indebted to his expertise of my situation.
Verified patient
Did not show my wide and I my x-ray and downplayed an extremely serious issue with my hip implant. Suggested a shoe lift for my LLD to see if it helped my pain and mobility problem, said it might take a year to improve. After a month of the shoe lift for a 1" LLD, no improvement in mobility or pain. Got a second opinion from a different OS who showed me the x-ray of my prosthesis which had eroded the bone in my pelvis to the point of very little bone structure left. I will require a hip reconstruction......a year with the shoe lift would have just made the problem much worse.
Verified patient
Really appreciate and like the nice, courteous staff. They made my first time visit very easy with check-in paperwork, insurance coverage information, etc. Love Dr. Lin's professionalism, the thorough information at exam and the comfort level he gives.
He is so wonderful! Great doctor.
Verified patient
I brought in my CD of the MRI and he looked at it before seeing me. Explained to me what he saw and what our game plan would be for my knee injury.
Verified patient
Dr Lin immediately understood my particular medical problem and suggested treatment options. I was thankful that I was not a candidate for knee surgery at this time. The injections are working just as he hoped and I am one satisfied patient. I was in and out of the office in a flash. His medical staff members are courteous when answering my questions and the office staff members are more than helpful when answering my insurance questions.
Verified patient
I was very satisfied with Dr. Lin and his staff.

Dr. Lin is quick & efficient with a smile :)

always great
Verified patient
I thought Dr. Lin was great. He did an initial exam and then gave me his suggestions for treatment and next steps. He was very professional, smiled a lot and made me feel at ease.
Verified patient
I got the impression that he didn't believe the pain I was in. I had an MRI done and had to follow up with them Twice only for them to tell me I didn't have anything show up on the MRI.
Verified patient
Great doctor. Genuinely seemed concerned about patient's condition and very informative. I didnt have serious condition so did not spend a lot of time with Dr. Lin but I'm sure he would have stuck around longer to answer any more questions. Highly recommend!! On the side note, the front office staff could be a bit friendlier.
It was my first visit. It was a very good first impression, he is very kind and listens to your concerns. Very thorough, and expalins everthing well.
Verified patient
Dr Lin really listened and answered my all questions. Great bedside manners. I saw him for knee pain, x-ray was taken before I saw him; and he told me knee looked good from looking at x-ray. He recommended exercises. Friendly staff also.
Although young, Dr. Lin takes the time in listening to your concerns. He didnt seem to be in a hurry and took time to explain the ratinale for his recommendations. This was my first visit with him and overall I was very satisfied. I will be going back again in two weeks to discuss possible surgery. Will write another review after the visit.
