I really liked Dr. Lampariello, but the people who work in his office are awful. Even though I went to pay my copay after each appointment, they told me about half the time I didn't have one for that visit and I received a large bill for all of the other copays combined. When I called the billing department to express my displeasure at not being billed during the appointment, the woman hung up on me.
