Dr. Jaspan has a special interest in minimally invasive and vaginal surgery.
Dr. Jaspan earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After earning his medical degree, he joined Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia as an attending physician. From 2003-2013 he served as the Associate Residency Program Director in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. From 2005 to 2013, Dr. Jaspan served as Chief of Gynecology and Director of Minimally Invasive and Pelvic Surgery, and from 2008 to 2012, he was Vice Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2013, Dr. Jaspan was appointed Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Einstein Healthcare Network. Dr. Jaspan is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College as well as Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is the recent recipient of the “An Emerging Icon Award” by The Philadelphia Inquirer.
