I have been a patient here since 1996, and HAVE NEVER once had a bad experience! I have moved several times, and currently we are almost an hour away, but I am happy to make the drive to this office. Dr. Minton delivered both my children, and he is so wonderful. Very nice man, with a very nice bedside manner. I always feel like he has all the time in the world for me during my visit. I never feel rushed and all my concerns are addressed before I leave. I arrive happy and I leave happy. And in a timely manner to boot!

Just had my second baby with them in May. I had such an incredible experience. I loved all of the doctors and nurses and Dr. Minton did such a wonderful job during my labor and delivery.

Dr. David Minton is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society and the Florida Medical Association.
Born in Plainfield, New Jersey, Dr. Minton attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, where he was awarded a baccalaureate of science in chemistry, magna cum laude, in 1984. He went on to earn his doctor of medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey, in 1988. While he was in medical school, Dr. Minton worked as a Mental Health Specialist at the UMDNJ Mental Health Clinic. After completing his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville, he remained on the U/F faculty as an instructor for one year. He came to Tampa in 1993 to join Drs. Lewis, Jaeger, and Butler in private practice. He has been with Drs. Yelverton, Lerner, Fallieras, Kilbride, Marston, and Jaeger since January 1998.
