I was asking questions trying to understand how to take the precribed medication and was told "medicine is complicated" and if I wanted understand it, I needed to attend medical school, etc. I found the remarks condescending and hurtful. JB

After the technician checked me, she said Dr. Nethery would see me in 10-15 minutes. Nearly 30 minutes passed before he came.
