I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was seen immediately even though I was at least ten minutes early. She was already familiar with my insurance plan and benefits. Dr. Cardis was nice and very knowledgeable. Overall the experience was quite positive. I'm happy to have found a good new optometrist.

Dr. Amy was very caring and compassionate for the elderly woman that I brought in to see her. She took her time, and answered her questions. The assistant was very gracious and helped me get her in and out of the car. Thank you for your care!

Dr. Moody was raised in South Charleston, WV. After graduation he attended IU in Bloomington where he graduated from the School of Optometry in 1975. He has had a varied career path:
• Owning several practices
• Seeing patients at LensCrafters, Eyeglass World, and Sears Optical
• Working in a LASIK center
• Working in an ophthalmology surgical practice
• Providing eye care at an inner city multi-disciplinary clinic
In 2005 he founded Moody Eyes with the goal of providing excellent eye care and affordable, quality eyeglasses and contact lenses. He has focused on this “best of both worlds” model ever since.
