My neck was killing me because it was so out of whack. Dr Preston performed my initial adjustment after going over my history. He was very kind, professional and thorough. I felt listened to. The whole office staff are very friendly.

Dr Preston was great ! I am queer and finding a doctor is always a little scary. All the office staff and the doctor were respectful of my pronouns as well. During my appointment everything was explained well and I felt comfortable. I will be going back for more adjustments.

I suffer from chronic back pain and for years was unable to find a chiropractor that provided relief. After 20+ years of seeing dozens of doctors, I finally found one that did and received weekly massage therapy and adjustments for over a year. I recently relocated to the area from NJ and was dreading the process of finding a local doctor. I asked my prior doctor if she had any suggestions. She informed me that one of her current patients said this practice had a similar adjustment style. I immediately made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the adjustment style was very similar—if not better—than my prior doctor!? FYI: The practice has changed hands to Dr. Coleman who had previously worked for the original owner. The original owner is still on site and practicing however his focus is now on Physical Therapy and he no longer adjusts. A massage therapist was just hired and will start in a week or two. I’m sure I will be using her also. :)

My first ever chiropractor experience was very unpleasant, and so I was very nervous going to one for myself for the first time. I completed a somewhat detailed form via Zocdoc ahead of time, but they did not use any of that information (I overheard the office staff say, “yeah, she booked on Zocdoc, so she has to fill out the bigger packet”). I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was seen at exactly 59 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I was almost ready to walk out. I let the chiropractor know that I was already very nervous and the hour-long wait made it worse, but Dr. Coleman eventually got to understand me and what I needed in order to make it a better experience. I look forward to seeing Dr. Coleman again, but I hope the rest of the experience improves.

The office runs on schedule which is unique for a doctors office. The staff are welcoming and efficient. Dr Preston is professional yet personable with patients. At each appointment he asks if there have been any changes in your physical condition and involves you in the treatment plan. Highly recommend this practice for chiropractic service and physical therapy.

When you enter Dr Preston’s practice it is apparent patient health and care is the primary concern. Due to the pandemic masks are required. temperatures are taken and cleaning is done between patients. During the initial meeting Dr Preston asked about my physical concerns and if I had limitations I’d like addressed. Since I had recent surgery he would not do any manipulation or recommend a course of treatment until he saw X-rays. This request gave me confidence in his medical opinion. We agreed to combining physical therapy with spinal manipulation twice a week. I’m pleased with my physical progress with Dr Preston and his staff. Excellent care.

Online I signed up for Sat AM 10:30 appt. I recd call from office requesting I come in @ 9:00 , reluctantly I agreed to 0930 & asked why . Told that they fill appts from 1st to last on weekends so people can leave early...
Doctor ? Sp 'Kerr' was nice ,efficient & mellow. 1st appt so we shall see on effective!

I am so glad I went to Dr. Preston! After looking at reviews of other doctors that accepted my insurance, I ended up going with Dr. Preston based on the myriad of positive reviews. He's AMAZING! The entire staff is amazing! Everyone is super friendly, and they really get to know you. The woman who works the front desk is awesome because she did everything she could to get me in for another appointment, when my schedule basically wouldn't allow it. They're even open on Saturdays, which is GREAT! Immediately after getting adjusted, I felt so much better. Then I got treatment, which called for massages and electrostimulation (not as scary as it sounds, I promise).
So, I am so thankful for finding Dr. Preston and his amazing staff! Chiropractors don't get the credit they deserve! 10/10, highly recommend!
